Users can be manually disabled or disabled due to inactivity.
When a user is in a disabled state:
They will not be able to log in
They will not have sessions created for their appointments
They will not be able to be assigned to patients
To activate a user:
Click the "Re-enable Provider" button
Please Note:
If the user has not logged in for 90 days, they will be disabled again when the security check runs next.
If the user has forgotten their password, they can use the password reset functionality.
