Enabling/Re-enabling a User

Users can be manually disabled or disabled due to inactivity.

When a user is in a disabled state:

  • They will not be able to log in

  • They will not have sessions created for their appointments

  • They will not be able to be assigned to patients

To activate a user:

  1. Go to the user's detail page

  2. Click the "Re-enable Provider" button

Please Note:

  • If the user has not logged in for 90 days, they will be disabled again when the security check runs next.

  • If the user has forgotten their password, they can use the password reset functionality.
