You can have multiple roles. What we recommend is as follows:
If treating patients, they want at least sub-unit clinician or clinician.
If providers only need to see things inside their unit, make them a sub-unit clinician.
Clinicians need to see outside of unit, the get clinician.
Supervisors - if they can see everywhere give them executive, if only inside their unit, sub-unit supervisor.
Executives - get executive
